What is the Railroadiana Collectors Association?

Founded in 1971, The Railroadiana Collectors Association (RCAI) is the premier organization dedicated to collectors of railroad antiques and memorabilia. We provide educational information, through our all-color, quarterly publication, The Express and in-person and virtual seminars between our members and experts in their collecting fields. Our organized is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and the largest association of its kind with members in nearly every state and three international countries.

Since 2015, RCAI has seen a period of growth in both membership and interest in the hobby.  This growth can be attributed to renewed interest among younger collectors and new and innovative ways to connect our members and the collecting public.  If you’re interested in railroad antiques, the history of transportation in the United States, information on steam or diesel locomotives, passenger trains, railroad signaling and communications systems or railroad architecture and engineering practices; consider joining the Railroadiana Collectors Association today. It doesn’t matter if you collect the smallest railroad antique or full-size locomotives, RCAI is a home for you to share your collecting interests, learn new information and network with fellow collectors worldwide.
